    Sleep is the simplest thing you can do to take care of yourself. In fact, the only requirement of sleep is the active state of doing nothing. While you are sleeping, your body is doing maintenance. Your body enters an anabolic phase where it grows, heals, and builds - both mind and body.

    Studies show that areas of the brain accessed during sleep include those responsible for motivation, attention, emotion, and memory formation - leaving us more alert, clear, and energetic than when we fell asleep.
