• These Women Will Make You Think Twice When You Say "Girl" Push-ups

amw Women always get slack for being the weaker sex. But if you're married to a tiny woman who can hold her own, like Lou's own Carla Ferrigno, then you know this is bull. To prove it, we have collected the stories of five women that have accomplished feats many men have utterly failed at. In fact, they have not just accomplished the task, they rocked it. GI-Jane-Workout Hey guys, can you do what these ladies have done?
MELISSA ARNOT - Mountain Climber Arnot has climbed Everest over 5 times. This is the tallest mountain in the world reaching over 29,000 feet with temperatures well below zero. In fact, about 4% of all climbers who try to scale the giant die. She's so good, MTV trusted her to lead Emile Hirsch, Jessica Biel and Isabel Lucas, musicians Kenna, Lupe Fiasco and Santigold, as well as various scientists and activists, up the mountain for their documentary, Summit on the Summit. 08161_DM_00602
YVETTA HLAVACOVA - Open Sea Swimmer She holds the women's record for crossing the English Channel in 7 h, 25 mins. It's about a 35 mile swim. Triathletes only do 2.4 miles! Yvetta
NATASCHA BADMANN - Triathlete This is not Marvel's Ironman. This is the real thing. Badmann has won the Ironman Triathlon World Championship six times. If that doesn't sound impressive enough, you aren't familiar with the Ironman. The race consists of a 2.4-mile (3.86 km) swim, a 112-mile (180.25 km) bicycle ride and a marathon 26.2-mile (42.2 km) run, raced in that order and without a break. It is widely considered one of the most difficult one-day sporting events in the world. badmann
KACY CATANZARO - American Ninja Warrior If you haven't been watching American Ninja Warrior, you need to start now. At five feet and only 100 pounds, this woman is tiny and mighty. We'll be rooting for her at finals. #mightkacy we love you.
MO'NE DAVIS - Baseball Player Thirteen-year-old Davis throws a 75 MPH fastball. She helped qualified her team for this year's Little League World Series. For some context, the average speed for a fastball in the MLB is 88-mph.
