    • 8 oz. 1% low-fat milk
    • 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa
    • 1 Tbsp Splenda or 1/2 Tbsp agave nectar
    • 4 oz. warm water
    1. Add cocoa and sweetener to a 12 oz. glass and mix lightly. Add 4 oz. of warm water to the chocolate mix and stir until smooth. Add milk, stir and enjoy!
