    • 4 ounce salmon fillet
    • 1 tsp mustard
    • 1 Tbsp chopped dill
    • 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
    • 1 Tbsp chopped chives
    • 1 cup broccoli florets
    • 1 cup chopped cauliflower
    • 1 Tbsp olive oil
    • 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
    1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF (175ºC).
    2. Coat the salmon fillet with 1 tsp mustard; sprinkle with the chopped dill, parsley and chives; place in a baking dish.
    3. Mix broccoli florets, chopped cauliflower, olive oil and minced garlic cloves.
    4. Add to baking dish along side salmon; cover with foil, and bake until fish is cooked through, about 20 minutes.
