    Ingredients
    • 1 clove garlic, smashed and peeled
    • 1 15 ounce can chickpeas, rinsed
    • 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
    • 3 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
    • 1 Tbsp tahini
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    Instructions
    1. With the motor running, drop garlic through the feed tube of a food processor fitted with a steel blade attachment; process until finely minced.
    2. Scrape down the sides of the work bowl and add chickpeas, lemon juice, oil, tahini and salt. Process until completely smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as necessary, 1 to 2 minutes. 1-2 Tbsp of water may be needed to help smooth out the mixture.
    3. Pick out your favorite veggies to dip... bell peppers, carrots and cucumbers are always a good choice.
