CLASS 1 PREVIEW

Your training focus for this first week should be all about form. Each week will increase in speed and intensity, so it's important here, in the beginning, to perfect your form. Think about the movements you're doing and what muscles are activated as a result. CLASS 3 PREVIEW

This week we are introducing kickboxing and building it into your routine. Be loose and relaxed with your movements. Don't get frustrated with your form if you feel stiff or uncoordinated at first. You will improve faster if you can relax and enjoy it. Think about it like it's dancing. When in doubt, just keep punching, kicking, bouncing, and moving.[/one_half][one_half_last][/one_half_last]

CLASS 7 PREVIEW

This week you will be stepping it up to a new level of intensity. You've done your homework, and we know you are ready for this. There are going to be a few new exercises for you to learn and perfect. Take your time with your form - speed is secondary.
