Incredibly FIT - Week 1

Your training focus for this first week should be all about form. Each week your workouts will increase in speed and intensity, so it's important here, in the beginning, to perfect your form. Think about the movements your doing and what muscles are activated as a result. Then flex, squeeze, and control those muscles with as much focus as you can.

Additional Cardio: 60-90 minutes total for the week

Along with this program, we'd like you to add some additional aerobic exercise into your lifestyle. At this point it doesn't matter what kind of cardio you choose to engage in. Anything from running or swimming to hiking or walking will work. We want to get you used to more activity as part of your lifestyle - so pick something you enjoy.
