Incredibly FIT - Week 10

The rounds this week are going to be in progressive order. This means that each round is going to be working the same muscle groups the whole way through - starting with basic movements and building to more challenging ones. Go hard and focus on those muscles
 

Additional Cardio: 75-100 minutes total for the week. If your body responded to HIIT, alternate this week between intensity (HIIT) and endurance (fat burning zone).
