Incredibly FIT - Week 11

You are coming to the end of the program. You've done an amazing job so far. You have a whole arsenal of exercises in your pocket now, and we will give you a few new ones next week. But this week, you're getting a mash-up. You know what that means - time to take the opportunity to perfect all thaat you've learned so far. Stay focused and go hard.


Additional Cardio: 80-100 minutes total for the week

Not all exercises are suitable for everyone. To reduce the risk of injury, consult your doctor before beginning this or any exercise program. You are responsible for exercising within your limits and seeking medical advice and attention as soon as appropriate. If at any point during your workout you begin to feel faint, dizzy, or have physical discomfort, you should stop immediately.
