Incredibly FIT - Week 12

Congratulations on making it to the last week of Incredibly FIT. We are very proud of you, and you should be too. This week, we are going to give you a little taste of some next-level exercises you can add to your workout repertoire.

 

Additional Cardio: 80-100 minutes total for the week. Focus on HIIT. Finish strong.
