Incredibly FIT - Week 2

Last week you set the foundation with your focus on form. Don't lose it. Keep working on that mind/body connection. Kickboxing is coming next week. There, you'll be working on rhythm and balance as well as form.


Additional Cardio: 60-90 minutes total for the week
