Incredibly FIT - Week 3

This week we are introducing kickboxing and building it into your routine. Be loose and relaxed with your movements. Don't get frustrated with your form if you feel stiff or uncoordinated at first. You will improve faster if you can relax and enjoy it. When in doubt, just keep punching, kicking, bouncing, and moving.


Additional Cardio: 70-100 minutes total for the week. Time to start pushing yourself harder.
