Incredibly FIT - Week 7

This week you will be stepping it up to a new level of intensity. You've done your homework, and we know you are ready for this. There are going to be a few new exercises for you to learn and perfect. Take your time with your form - speed is secondary. Knowing when to go fast and when to slow it down is key.

Additional Cardio: 70-100 minutes total for the week. Mix it up this week. Try something new that will challenge and confuse your body - like bicycling instead of walking or stairs instead of jogging. This unexpected surprise will help you continue to burn fat and grow muscle.
