Incredibly FIT - Week 9

Push yourself as hard as you can this week - get in an extra rep, take less breaks, and/or squeeze each rep harder.  Each moment should be an improvement on the previous one.

Additional Cardio: 60-90 minutes total for the week. Now that you're familiar with HIIT, try it out on your own. Take notice of any improvement, or otherwise, in your weight loss, stamina, and/or performance. Be aware of how your body responds to HIIT.
