STORE POLICY

PRE-ORDERS


Delivery dates for all pre-orders will be listed in the product description. Upon purchase, payment will be processed. Should you decided to cancel your order before the item is shipped, contact us and we will issue you a full refund - no questions asked. Once the items has shipped, standard store policy applies (see below).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS


At this time, we do not accept credit cards for international orders. All orders outside the US must be made using PayPal.

SHIPPING


STANDARD SHIPPING Unless a product has been marked PRE-ORDER, your item will ship within 2-4 days of placing your order. Standard USPS shipping times apply for delivery. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING If you are outside of the US, your item may take up to 4 weeks to arrive. SHIPPING & RETURNS Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of  shipping will be deducted from your refund.

RETURNS You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please fill out the form below. SALE ITEMS Sale items can be refunded. REFUNDS Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
