EXERCISE

The program combines classic techniques from weight training and aerobics with modern moves from kickboxing and yoga. As the program progresses, so will your intensity. The program includes 12 different exercise videos varying in length from 30-45 minutes. The program is currently only available online. A DVD version is coming soon.

MEAL PLAN

A customized meal plan built according to your personal needs. We cater to everyone from carnivores, to vegans, to those with gluten allergies. Our meals plans are built with your personal tastes, health concerns, and fitness goals in mind.

No lifelong transformation is complete without an education. We give you information on everything from how to battle muscle fatigue and fight cravings to how your digestive system works. This education is delivered via articles and videos available online.

A series of entertaining reality-style videos from Lou, his family, and the Ferrigno FIT staff – covering everything from Lou Ferrigno's bad taste in clothes to Shanna Ferrigno’s strong feelings about ditching organic foods.

CLASS 1 PREVIEW

Your training focus for this first week should be all about form. Each week will increase in speed and intensity, so it's important here, in the beginning, to perfect your form. Think about the movements you're doing and what muscles are activated as a result. Then flex, squeeze, and control those muscles with as much focus as you can.[/one_half][one_half_last][/one_half_last]

CLASS 3 PREVIEW

This week we are introducing kickboxing and building it into your routine. Be loose and relaxed with your movements. Don't get frustrated with your form if you feel stiff or uncoordinated at first. You will improve faster if you can relax and enjoy it. Think about it like it's dancing. When in doubt, just keep punching, kicking, bouncing, and moving.[/one_half][one_half_last][/one_half_last]

CLASS 7 PREVIEW

This week you will be stepping it up to a new level of intensity. You've done your homework, and we know you are ready for this. There are going to be a few new exercises for you to learn and perfect. Take your time with your form - speed is secondary.
